Monthly Homam and Parayanam
The monthly Jyeshtha Pournami Soma Varam Homam was conducted on 29 June 2026 at the Sri Vijaya Ganapathi Homam Mantapam with great devotion. In the evening, Parayanam and Konda Harathi were performed with the participation of the management, teachers, students, and parents, fostering a spiritually enriching atmosphere on the campus.
New Beginnings, Warm Welcomes- School reopens
First Day of School-Academic Year 2026-27
For Teachers and Class 12 : The school reopened for the staff and for class 12 on 5th june , A two day In service Programme was conducted for the new Academic year.
For Students (Classes I-XI): Students returned to school on 11th June 2025. The campus was warmly decorated with welcome banners, and teachers personally received the students. The day began with the Morning Assembly, where the Principal warmly welcomed the students and introduced the Cultural Coordinators of the Primary, High School, and Higher Secondary sections. School rules were read out by the Coordinator, and students were encouraged to strive for excellence throughout the year.
For pre - primary The little ones made their grand entry on 17th June 2026. They were welcomed with a lollipop.The children were lovingly engaged in variety of indoor and outdoor activities.
In-Service Programme for Teachers
Continuing Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan's tradition, a two-day In-Service Programme for teaching staff was held on June 5th and 6th, 2026. Inaugurated by the Director, Principal, School Management Committee members, and Dr. Devadas Memon, the event emphasized continuous professional development. Dr. Memon, a retired IIT Chennai professor, delivered an inspiring session on "Fulfilment in Education" using references from the Bhagavad Gita, while Prof. Raghu Rama Raju of IIT Tirupati discussed effective student management. Additionally, school counsellor Mrs. Neeraja shared practical strategies for managing student and parent behavioral issues.On the second day, Sri Anupamananda Swamiji of the Ramakrishna Mission motivated teachers to love their subjects, adopt innovative methods, and care for their students, noting that teachers influence youth through both conduct and teaching. The program successfully provided the faculty with valuable insights and renewed enthusiasm for the upcoming academic year.

Induction Programme for New Teachers
An induction meeting for nearly 10 newly joined teachers was conducted on June 20th by the Vice Principals. They interacted with the participants, encouraging them to embrace Bhavan’s values and develop a strong sense of belonging to excel in their careers, making the session highly inspiring and motivating.

Day of international yoga
योगः स्वास्थ्य वृद्ध्यत्वम् ।
(Healthy Ageing through Yoga)
On 21st June, 2026 we celebrated the 12th International Day of Yoga on the theme "Yoga for Healthy Ageing." Our Director Dr. N. Satyanarayana Raju emphasized the importance of yoga and its eight limbs. Day's Guest Swami Sukruthanandaji, Secretary, Ramakrishna Mission Ashrama, Tirupati quoting "Yoga is Excellence in Action," highlighted yoga as a path to self-realization and inner divinity. Students of Classes VIII-XII performed yoga asanas and pranayamas. The programme concluded with felicitation and a vote of thanks.
Chief Wardens Selected for Academic Year 2026-27
The Chief Wardens for all four Houses for the academic year 2026-27 were selected and entrusted with their responsibilities. On this occasion, the Principal congratulated the newly selected Chief Wardens and motivated all students to work hard, uphold the spirit of teamwork, and strive for excellence in bringing laurels to their respective houses throughout the year.
Class X Parents' Orientation Programme
A Parents' Orientation Programme for Class X was conducted on 27.6. 2026 with nearly 150 parents attending. The Principal elaborated on the latest changes introduced in the Class X Board Examinations and addressed parents' queries. This was followed by presentations from the subject teachers, who outlined their academic plans, subject-wise preparation strategies, and guidance to help students achieve success in the board examinations.
No Bag Day - A Day of Fun and Fitness
On 27th June 2026, No Bag Day was observed for all students, making the day exciting, refreshing, and activity-filled. A variety of athletic events and group games were organised, with enthusiastic participation from students across all classes. The Sub-Junior students especially enjoyed an energetic game of Tug of War, adding to the spirit of teamwork and fun..
Purple palette
Creative minds at work! students of class 2nd completely immersed themselves in the Purple Colour Challenge, turning blank pages into vibrant masterpieces. With oil pastels, sketch pens, and a whole lot of focus, they proved that a single color can spark endless imagination.

Saral Sanskrit Examination 2025-26 - A Proud Achievement!
We are delighted to share the results of the recently conducted Saral Sanskrit Examination. At the Balabodha level, 11 students earned Distinction, 12 secured First Class, and 23 achieved Second Class out of 180 appeared. At the Prarambha level, 8 students earned Distinction, 5 secured First Class, and 8 achieved Second Class out of 52 appeared. We heartily congratulate all the achievers and appreciate the sincere efforts of the students and their teachers.
Bharatanatyam performance
The certificate is awarded to P. Meera, child of C. Prasanth, for participating or training in Bharatanatyam. The event took place at the Kacchapi Auditorium in Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh, on June 28, 2026.
INSPIRE-MANAK State Level Selection
Our student Ch. K. Srihitha of class X (outgoing batch) showcased her innovative talent through her project "Smart Alarm for the Crazy Chef." The project was recognized for its creativity and practical application, earning appreciation at the INSPIRE-MANAK District Level Exhibition and Project Competition (DLEPC). Adding another feather to her cap, Srihitha was selected for the State Level Exhibition and Project Competition (SLEPC) under the prestigious INSPIRE-MANAK Programme, securing a place among the 15 students shortlisted from Tirupati district.
Spell Bee International - Level 4 Examination 2025-26
Twelve students of our school excelled in the Spell Bee International Level 4 Examination 2025-26, results of which were announced on 17th April 2026.
Jvothiradithya Sai (Class III D) was recognised in the Accomplishment Category. Ashirya Sreshta K (Class VIII D), Karthik Shrihan Reddy Chittamuru (Class V B), Vedansh Choudhary (Class IV A), and Madaka Nanddha Kishore (Class VIII D) were honoured in the Achievement in Distinction Category. P. Jishith Raju (Class V E), T. Sri Aditya (Class VII C), Gurramkonda Hema Sree Varenya (Class VII C), and Madaka Lasya (Class VIII D) qualified in the Merit Plus Category, Nihaanth Nayudu (Class I A) and K. Riddhi Sai (Class III A) were recognised in the Merit Category.
Students Shine in the 18th AIMS Talent Exam
The following students brought laurels to the school with their outstanding performance in the 18th AIMS Talent Exam held in January 2026
E. Jyothi Nadhithya Sai (Class III) secured All India Rank 4 and received a School Topper Medal, Merit Certificate, Consolation Prize, free registration for the 19th AIMS Exam, and a set of books.
G. V. Aditya Ramana (Class IV) secured All India Rank 88 and was awarded the School Topper Medal.
C. Karthik Srihan Reddy (Class V) secured All India Rank 4 and received a School Topper Medal, Merit Certificate, Consolation Prize, free registration, and a set of books.

Sravyasri of Class V D won Bronze in U-15 Girls 100m Freestyle, and Mokshitha secured Silver at the Aqua Splash Rayalaseema & Nellore District Open Swimming Competition, Tirupati
Pencak Silat
V. Mokshidha of Class VII A won two Gold Medals in Tungal (Preteen) and Tanding (U-40 kg) at the 14th Andhra Pradesh State Pencak Silat Championship, Ongole.
Yoga Competition
Divyananda of Class VII secured 3rd Prize in the state-level “Yogandhra” Yoga Competitions, competing against nearly 1,500 participants. Award presented by Health Minister Shri Satya Kumar Yadav.
A Fond Farewell to Our Vice Principal
Our school bid a heartfelt farewell to Smt. P. S. Sundari, Vice Principal on 30 June 2026, on the occasion of her superannuation. Mrs.Sundari joined Bhavan's, Tirupati, in 1992 and completed 34 years of dedicated service, inspiring generations of students and teachers. Dr. N. Satyanarayana Raju Garu, Honorary Director and Treasurer, lauded her services and wished her to have a healthy and peaceful retirement life. She expressed her heartfelt gratitude to the management and teachers and wished everyone to be successful in their future endeavours.
